Previously known as the Children's Leukemia and Cancer Society, Childhood Cancer Support (CCS) commenced in 1975 with concerned parents who joined to discuss ways they could support each other. Many of the early volunteers became members of "The Society" and to date, CCS is still member and volunteer driven. In addition to other duties and perks, the members meet once a year to elect the voluntary management committee.
Being a member is not the only way a person can get involved. The work of the society cannot be done without volunteers who care. A whole range of positions are available, from long term commitment to once-off event support.
If you are interested in volunteering or have services you think may benefit CCS, please
