CLASS can generally only be accessed from within your office network.
However, if staff need to work remotely eg in outreach locations or courts, they will need to access CLASS via a Virtual Private Network (VPN).
Steps for getting VPN Access:
A senior staff member (CEO, Principal Solicitor, CLASS Administrator) requests access via the CLASS Helpdesk. CLASS Helpdesk create a VPN Account Username and password.
Centre uses the VPN name and password to set up the device used to connect to CLASS
Centre ensures staff member is aware of the security standards for using a VPN
Centre uses the CLASS username and password to connect to CLASS using the CLASS login page
